Makeup storage

This plastic thing is actually a chopstick container from an asian dollar store here called Daiso. Got it for 88 pesos each (bought three) or around $2. I find it convenient to use because it neatly stores everything in place, plus it's lightweight so it's easy to carry especially when traveling. Another good point to this is that they're stackable so it does not take up too much space and I can just arrange them on my little table however I like. Also, because they're transparent, it's easier to identify the items inside so I won't have to worry about mixing them and confusing myself ever again. Haha! As seen in the photos above are my lip products. The other two containers (not shown in photos) are for my eye and face products. I've said it before that I don't have a huge collection of makeup so I opted to get these instead of buying a whole cabinet with drawers just for storage. It doesn't matter anyway how they are stored as long as they are organized. As much as I looove seeing Ikea shelves from all those dainty room tour videos, we don't have Ikea here in the Philippines so I'm pretty pleased with this for now.

How do you keep or store your makeup tidily?

  1. Love this! Organizing your make-up really is a game changer; I used to just pile them all into one bin, but now I have a small plastic organizer divided into sections to hold all of my everyday make-up. Keeps me sane, haha.

    1. True! When I don't have to rummage through my stuff, then I'm good. Haha.

Hey! How sweet of you to write something :)
